結 束 語
智能IC卡片及其讀寫設備之技術正處于成熟/發展其間,只要我們中國自己的微電子技術再提高一步,相信我國將能實現真正意義上的“金卡工程”,因為實現這一工程的軟件和硬件完全可以“自給自足”, 金融,郵電,公交等國家主干行業將能抵御外國“侵略”,不依賴進口。筆者相信在國內ICC界同行的共同努力下,在國家金卡工程辦公室領導小組的正確領導下,我國的國民經濟將在得益于“金卡工程”的前提下,高速增長。
